President & CEO
Erik Huggers is Vevo’s President and CEO. In this capacity, he is responsible for all things Vevo with a focus on driving the strategy and growth of the company’s global footprint across product & technology, programming and branding as well as sales and business development. Most recently, Erik was a Senior Vice President at Verizon Communications Inc., where he was also President of the company’s recently acquired OnCue business. Prior to that, Erik developed OnCue at Intel, where he was President of the company’s media division from 2011 to 2014. Before Intel, Erik was an executive board member responsible for the BBC’s Future Media & Technology division, where he launched BBC iPlayer, one of the first premium online video services. Erik has also held senior roles at Microsoft Corp. and at Endemol Entertainment.
Chief Financial Officer
Alan Price is the Chief Financial Officer at Vevo. Alan joined Vevo at launch – helping to scale the organization in the United States and internationally. As CFO, Alan looks after all Financial Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Real Estate, Human Resource and operations functions. Prior to joining the Vevo team, Alan was Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations for Sony Music Entertainment’s Columbia/Epic Label Group. Before being tapped for SVP, Alan held numerous senior finance positions within SME, where his portfolio included U.S. labels Epic, Columbia, Sony Nashville, Sony Classical, Sony Wonder, Legacy, Loud Records and The Work Group. Alan began his career in 1991 as an auditor at Arthur Anderson LLP. He holds a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. Alan is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
Executive Vice President, Business Development & Business Affairs
As Executive Vice President, Alex Kisch is responsible for defining and developing Vevo’s global Business Strategy, overseeing Content Acquisition, Licensing, Syndication and Distribution efforts. Alex also manages Vevo’s day-to-day legal affairs. Prior to Vevo, Alex was Vice President of Music Strategy at MTV Networks, where he worked to develop and expand MTVN’s global music initiatives across linear, VOD-TV, online and mobile platforms on a cross-brand basis. He also held posts within Business & Legal Affairs at Sony BMG and BMG Music. Prior to that, Alex represented numerous recording artists and independent record labels, and was a recording artist/songwriter himself. He holds a BA from Vassar College and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
Executive Vice President, International
Based across the pond in Vevo's London office, Nic oversees the company’s global strategy, and is responsible for its international operations as well as launching Vevo in new territories. Prior to Vevo, he held court as the Chief Digital Officer at Starcom MediaVest EMEA, helping build the agency’s regional digital capability. While at Starcom, Nic was instrumental in the agency’s biggest wins of 2010: securing the GSK and Honda accounts for pan Europe. Nic moved to London from Australia, where as Digital Chairman of the Media Federation of Australia, he was instrumental in setting up the world’s first hybrid audience measurement system that merged tagged and panel data into a resource supported by all major digital publishers.
Vice President, Marketing
As the Vice President of Marketing, Stacy leads Vevo’s Consumer Marketing and Branding initiatives. In addition to Consumer Marketing, she oversees the company’s Social Media, Events and Creative Services. Before coming to Vevo, Stacy was most recently Vice President, Marketing and Brand Strategy for Bedrocket Media Ventures, where she led Consumer Marketing and publicity across a portfolio of digital media brands including the launch of Flama, created for young Latinos, a joint venture with Univision. Prior to Bedrocket, Stacy spent over 14 years at Turner Broadcasting working in both public relations and marketing, first at Cartoon Network and then leading consumer marketing for Adult Swim.
Vice President, People Strategy and Operations
Elizabeth Berman oversees all aspects of Human Resources at Vevo, including recruitment, development, culture, compensation and benefits – all things that support making Vevo a great place to work. Elizabeth has over 15 years of Human Resources experience across various markets including fashion and retail. Prior to Vevo, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Global Retail Channel at Estee Lauder Companies, where she was a leader for driving best practices across all geographies and brands for over 900 retail stores. Elizabeth has also held Human Resources and Talent Acquisition roles at Coach, Gap Inc.’s Old Navy, Nike Inc., Cole Haan, Macy’s Inc.’s Macy’s Merchandising Group and Restaurant Associates. She earned her Bachelors and Masters of Professional Studies from Cornell University.
Vice President, Communications
Jon Carvill is Vice President, Communications for Vevo. In this role he is responsible for leading all of Vevo’s public relations and corporate communications efforts. Most recently, Jon was the Senior Director of Public Relations at Qualcomm, responsible for the company’s worldwide product and technology communications in the mobile and wireless industry. Prior to Qualcomm, Jon was Director of Corporate Communications at Intel where he spearheaded PR, events and social media efforts for OnCue, the company’s ambitious web TV efforts that were acquired by Verizon Communications. While at Intel, Jon also held key leadership positions in corporate and financial communications as well as competitive response. Previously, Jon was the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Globalfoundries, a multi-billion dollar joint-venture start-up between AMD and Abu-Dhabi-based Mubadala Development Corporation. Jon began his career at AMD and ATI where he held multiple roles in consumer and corporate Public Relations focused on the PC and console gaming markets.
