Jessie J

Jessie J has built quite the resume in her 25 years. The London singer debut in an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical at the age of 11. She graduated from the prestigious BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology in 2006; her classmates were Adele and Leona Lewis. She co-wrote songs for Chris Brown and Miley Cyrus (“Party In the U.S.A.”). In 2010, Justin Timberlake said she was the best singer in the world. That’s where you’d usually exhale. But her first single, “Do It Like a Dude,” was a UK smash, and her 2011 debut, ‘Who You Are,’ brought her superstar status. That killer voice then powered “Price Tag,” a chart-topper in 10 countries. Its video has more than 260 million views. “We just wanna make the world dance,“ she sings in “Price Tag.” Mission accomplished.
