From the nasty guitar riff that drives "My God Is The Sun" to the eerie vibe of "If I Had a Tail," there seems to be several moments on the Queens Of The Stone Age's new ...Like Clockwork that are going to make fans forgive the band for taking a six-year hiatus. Singer-guitarist Josh Homme is still at the center of the celebrated outfit, and he brings his group to Live On Letterman for a show that's bound to rock the nails from the wooden stage of New York's Ed Sullivan Theater. The show takes place on Wednesday, June 5, at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT. It will be streamed on VEVO.com and devices using the platform's free iOS apps.

The-Dream's new IV Play album comes out on May 28. Starting today, we have a full preview of the record, which features guests from JAY Z and Fabolous to Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé. The R&B songwriting genius hit the VEVO offices a few weeks ago to tell us about his new tracks, how he loves to work with others, and the way he moves through the game. 

We're applauding our LIFT artist Kacey Musgraves for having the guts to glide through her gorgeous "Merry Go 'Round," a relatively quiet song, in the middle of the spectacle performances by Taylor Swift (multiple winner!), Justin Bieber (ditto!), Chris Brown, and other mega pop stars last night. She used a cello, piano and guitar - guess there's still a space for gentle insight in country and pop. Congrats Kacey! (Don't forget to check her new video, "Blowin' Smoke").
