A German singer/songwriter who got her start as a teenager, Claudia Koreck was first discovered by a Munich radio station. Born on May 28, 1986 in Traunstein, Koreck started out singing in English, but eventually decided to sing in a Bairischern dialect. Her big break came about when her single "Fliang" was picked up by a Munich radio station. Koreck is also a member of Menschenskinder. Her I Kon Fliang DVD was released in 2008. She was also the leader of the Claudia Koreck Band, which included Andreas Dombert, Manfred Muller, and Andreas Schellinger. ~ Chris True
