Baton Rouge, Louisiana native Jor'dan Armstrong is a contemporary gospel artist whose sound is in line with commercial R&B. A singer, songwriter, and producer, Armstrong was raised in the church and has been deeply involved with music since he was a youngster. He entered the music industry in a behind-the-scenes capacity with work for the likes of Hamilton Park and Adrian Marcel prior to being sought out by veterans such as Tyrese and Johnny Gill. As a recording artist, Armstrong began to build his discography toward the end of the 2000s. His independently released albums include Champion (2009), Stronger (2012), and 52 Weeks of Summer (2015). He has also issued an EP, Confident (2016). All the while, he's been featured on numerous tracks by the likes of Black Knight, Canton Jones, Uncle Reece, and Group 1 Crew. ~ Andy Kellman
