Luis Fonsi’s “Despacito” is now the most-viewed video on Vevo with 2.66 billion views, topping Justin Bieber’s “Sorry.” Since its release on January 12, “Despacito” has also become the fastest video in Vevo history to accrue two billion views. Furthermore, “Despacito” is on track to be the most-viewed music video of all time and will likely hit the mark in the coming weeks.

Fonsi’s massive hit single averaged 7.1 million worldwide views per week, and since the premiere, its current weekly views are up 223%. Additionally, “Despacito” amassed 74 million worldwide views in its first seven days, making it Vevo’s #1 premiere of 2017 ahead of DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One,”J Balvin & Willy William’s “Mi Gente,” and Katy Perry’s “Bon Appetit.”
