Alan Price

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Alan is CEO at Vevo. Alan joined Vevo at launch in 2009 – helping to scale the organization in the United States and internationally through his role as CFO. Price also served twice as Vevo interim CEO and he has been a member of the company’s senior leadership team since its founding. Prior to joining the Vevo team, Alan spent an extensive part of his career at Sony Music Entertainment, where he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations for the Columbia/Epic Label Group. Alan also held numerous senior finance positions within SME, where his portfolio included U.S. labels Epic, Columbia, Sony Nashville, Sony Classical, Sony Wonder, Legacy, Loud Records and The Work Group. Alan began his career in 1991 as an auditor at Arthur Anderson LLP. He holds a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

JP Evangelista

SVP Content, Programming & Marketing

JP Evangelista is Vevo’s Senior Vice President of Content, Programming & Marketing. In this role, JP oversees Vevo’s original content, production, music programming, editorial, talent, events, label relations & social teams globally. His teams work closely with artists, managers, major and indie record labels to secure, schedule and promote music videos, exclusive premieres, live events and other original programming across the Vevo platform. Prior to working at Vevo, JP held various positions in the eLabs and Global Digital Initiatives departments of Universal Music Group. During this time, JP was one of several members of UMG chosen and tasked with building out the Vevo platform and helping launch the company. He has been with Vevo since prior to the company’s launch in 2009 having been promoted multiple times during his tenure at the company, based in New York.

Kevin McGurn

President of Sales & Distribution

Kevin McGurn is Vevo’s President of Sales and Distribution, based in New York. He joined Vevo from Fullscreen, where he served as Head of Sales for the company as well as Otter Media properties including Crunchyroll, Roster Teeth SoompiTV and VRV. Prior to Fullscreen, Kevin was Chief Revenue Officer of Shazam. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Hulu for nearly seven years, where he grew the sales team from zero to half a billion dollars in advertising revenue. Kevin has also held prior senior roles at NBC Universal and DoubleClick.

Natalie Gabathuler-Scully

SVP, Revenue Operations

As Vice President, Revenue Operations, Natalie is responsible for Vevo’s Global Planning, Yield, Ad Operations, and Sales Operations teams. Her responsibilities include supporting the Global Ad Sales teams in maximizing revenue, driving effective pre and post-sale processes, and managing sales support systems. Natalie has been in the media industry for 14+ years focusing her career in multimedia sales in the areas of pricing, planning, and operations. Prior to Vevo, Natalie worked for USA TODAY, ESPN, and JP Morgan.

Alexander Kisch

EVP, Business Development & Affairs, General Counsel

Alex is responsible for defining and developing Vevo’s global business strategy, overseeing business development, content acquisition and licensing, distribution, as well as business operations. Alex also manages Vevo’s day-to-day legal affairs. Prior to Vevo, Alex was Vice President of Music Strategy at MTV Networks, where he worked to develop and expand MTVN’s global music initiatives across linear, VOD-TV, online and mobile platforms on a cross-brand basis. He also held posts within Business & Legal Affairs at Sony BMG and BMG Music. Prior to that, Alex represented numerous recording artists and independent record labels, and was a recording artist/songwriter himself. He holds a BA from Vassar College and a JD from Boston University School of Law.

Dot Levine

HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

Dot leads the communications function globally at Vevo, and is responsible for the company’s internal and external communications efforts. Dot started her career in the UK working at the industry body UK Music, running communications and events with a focus on music industry copyright and policy, before moving to Vevo's London office in 2015. Initially as the International PR lead, Dot drove a series of key initiatives for the UK operation working across Vevo’s original programming and events, raising the profile for the company throughout the region. In 2017 Dot moved to San Francisco to lead communications for product, sales and research, before taking the role to head up communications and PR for Vevo. Dot is based in New York. 

Bryon Schafer

SVP, Research

Bryon heads up the research organization, leading all of Vevo’s research operations including, Audience Research, Advertiser Research, Consumer Insights and Artist Insights. Bryon is based out of the LA office. Bryon joins Vevo from Otter Media, where since 2015 he provided guidance on a range of product, brand, content, marketing, advertising and industry issues for Otter Media and its affiliates, including Crunchyroll, Fullscreen Media, Gunpowder & Sky, Hello Sunshine and VRV. Prior to Otter Media, Bryon held leadership positions at Warner Bros. Television Group and at Hulu, where from 2008-2013 he served as Hulu’s Head of Research and Sales Strategy, developing a centralized research and analytics practice providing direction across product, content, distribution and marketing, in addition to Hulu’s advertising partners and sales team.

Laurie Zeleny

SVP of People

Laurie Zeleny leads the People function at Vevo, and is based in NYC. Laurie is responsible for Vevo’s global people strategy and all facets of acquiring and developing the company’s amazing talent. With over 20 years’ experience, Laurie has worked in a variety of industries that include media, consumer goods, hospitality, and tech startups. Founding her own consulting & executive coaching practice, Laurie has coached leaders at all levels, led major organizational transformations, and designed and led entire HR functions. Additionally, she has extensive international business experience, including an engagement in the UK leading multiple global talent initiatives. Laurie has also worked for Condé Nast and Cadbury Plc.
